Community Initiatives Program
Our community initiatives program focuses on supporting youth in academia, the arts, sports, or wherever they require assistance. Our team volunteers countless hours in youth programs such as minor hockey, the music festival, breakfast programs at the schools, reading programs, and the Esterhazy football teams. We strongly believe that aiding our youth in positive activities such as these will help them prosper in their personal development, and propel everyone towards a brighter future.

Saskpro was proud to be a sponsor of Hazy Dayz today! We were happy to make our spools available to the event as well as a couple of our picnic tables. Congrats to Hailey Nixon and her crew for getting the event back up and running! It’s so awesome to have events like this in our community!

Tyler was asked to lead a zoom call for the 2021 CWE 10 class, answering and guiding them through their many questions about entrepreneurship.
Congratulations to 2020 Graduate Rob Huckell for receiving the Russell Abdai Memorial Scholarship co-sponsored by Michelle Abdai-Sapara and Saskpro Industries Ltd. Rob is is working for C. Duncan Construction out of Spy Hill and is pursuing a career as a Heavy Duty Mechanic. He will be apprenticing and taking his post secondary training at Sask Polytechnic in Saskatoon.

In recognition of Saskpro's involvement in the installation of the lights on the Esterhazy High School football field, head coach Reg Leidl presented Tyler Metz with a commemorative plaque from the team.
A panel of consultants from the Esterhazy community were asked to sit in with the board meeting of two classes for the Junior Achievement Entrepreneur Class at the Esterhazy High School. The consultant panel asked questions, critiqued, praised, and gave advice to the two student-lead companies.
